Minister opens National Radio Centre

The formal opening of the Radio Society of Great Britain’s National Radio Centre (NRC) took place at 11am on 11 July 2012. Ed Vaizey, Minister for Culture, Communications and the Creative Industries at the Department of Culture, Media and Sport performed the official opening.

Shortly after the NRC opening ceremony the RSGB published an official press release which covers the events of the formal opening and provides a brief introduction to the National Radio Centre.
